MakerGear's Prusa Mendel Arrived!

Bam! Perfect timing! The RepRap Prusa Mendel kit from MakerGear arrived, just in time for easter and a few extra days off work. Excellent to use the extra time to build this monster!

Look at the adventure the package had today:

They even included some filaments for me to play with...

So, yea, I will assemble the thing now...

What is this?

I'm working on a USB device that will enable you to use any computer (running Windows, Linux, Mac OS) (console support comes later) and a unit (treadmill, bike) where the surface moves. With this USB device you will then be able to, for instance, move a character in a game. Typically you use a treadmill and a FPS game, and will then with this device move the character in the game, having your speed on the treadmill mapped to the character in the game!
